Vicky has been involved with dogs since 1980, most specifically Doberman Pinschers, her goals in life are to help people understand and better train the dog(s) of their choice to be good citizens and partners for life. She began her training career with Sheila Booth and studied under her for seven years giving obedience classes for her students at The Country Kennel in Middletown, NY. During this time, she competed in AKC Obedience and other dog venues. Competing on a personal level, with Gabby, her foundation female, she went High in Trial (HIT) for obedience at both the UDC Host Show and National UDC event. Directly earning her the cover of one magazine and articles about her in four others.

Vicky spends a lot of free time looking to further her education on understanding dogs, training dogs, and helping others to do the same. This is not a job for her but a way of life; to become the best she can be to help all dogs and their owners to better understand each other and live in harmony.
